Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–9 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or high demand periods.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on prepaid orders above ₹499
- Standard Shipping: ₹49–₹79 depending on location
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹30–₹50 may apply
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment in real-time using this link.
Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and other leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on most serviceable pincodes
- Please ensure availability at the time of delivery
- Repeated COD rejections may lead to order restrictions
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. VAIDAI is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be available in the future.
